Large custom cakes may not include a box for transport or may be in an open box without a lid.

Please be careful when serving sculptural elements and figurines especially to kids, these may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.

Keep all cakes and cupcakes on a flat surface for the journey. Ideally on the floor, boot of your car or a friend who can hold the cake. Never put a cake on a car seat as it may slide. Also, never leave the cake in a un-air conditioned car. 

When storing your cake keep it in a cool place at a temperature between 15° C – 20° C.


The best method of inquiry is by filling up an inquiry form on our Get a Quote page and attaching an Image following with any inspirations, such as theme, colour schemes and invitations. If it’s a cake from my collection, just copy and paste the link. Please note when an image is supplied and custom cakes are required the actual design may vary.  When placing an order, booking the date early as possible is recommended or a minimum of two weeks in advance is required. This is due to the limited bake space available. For wedding cakes a minimum of 1-2 months is required.


The cost of a cake depends on the complexity of the design, a number of servings, size (coffee or party size- please refer to the chart given below) and flavour of the cake, different layers and delivery. 


A 50% non-refundable payment is required in order to secure the date.  This must be placed when the order is made to avoid any confusions since priority will be given to paying customers. From the time of deposit planning and purchasing goods starts, therefore the non-refundable clause applies. 


Balance could be paid on pickup excluding wedding cakes. For wedding cakes including delivery is required a week before the delivery or pickup date.


If a cake needs to be cancelled, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Also, in the event that a last minute cancellation is made (within 3 days or pickup date), the whole payment is required and the cake picked up. 

 In addition to declining other custom orders on your date, the baker may have already used time and products to complete your tasting. Have spent time pricing out designs, researching techniques made contacts with your venue and ordered materials needed for your order. For these reasons, we unable to refund deposits at any time and we thank you for your understanding.

Often times, hand-made decorative elements of your order will need to be made in advance to give enough time for drying. Therefore, at least 3 full days or 72 hours notice is needed in order to cancel any custom order.


After a week of placing an order, any changes will incur an additional charge as per to the change.


Customers can organise a consultation by making an appointment by filling up a consultation form on the Consultation Page. A fee of $15 per person applies for tastings. Consultations are done for weddings an order serving over 60 people.


A time of pickup and date should be confirmed on the date of deposit (unless other arrangements made). 



Please note that all our sweets are produced in a facility

that also processes milk, nuts, wheat and soy.




There is a $15 delivery fee within the Melton area.

Other area delivery fees are based on distance.
